"I ordered through the app and part of my order, 2 tacos, got deleted somehow. I asked to add it back on and they made me drive back around. My 6 year old got her tacos but that taco bell lost a customer forever. I got home and my nachos had exactly 5 chips. They were so salty I couldn't eat them. Terrible."

"There like 2 white girls(1 is short and chubby and the other wears glasses her name might be Ashley) that works drive thru and they always have an attitude. Always pushing the change or food in my hand. They're just miserable.. and when the order gets messed up they try to say oh the manager made it. Then I show them the food then act like I ordered it wrong then have to show a receipt... they are just bad energy. I don't expect them to be fake, or act like they're happy but they don't have to be all rude.."
"A white female worker who’s fat and hideous was very rude today when I simply asked if they have a size medium drink and she replied with a rude tone “NO WE DONT HAVE MEDUIM SIZES”. After we came to the window pay another worker give us our drinks and the white girl came up to the window to stared and glared at us. Taco Bell got to do better with their customer service."
