"I had recently went to this Q store as of march 2nd 2024, and what I have experienced made me feel nothing but appalled to the manager/main staff leader that day. When I had went inside with my mother to browse around, i had directly went to the accessory aisle near the cashier area; their selection had been a lot surprisingly with lots of hair claw clips, headbands, hair ties, etc; until I seen other hair claw clips that I liked i jumped from one area to another meanwhile encountering the main leader or manager just awkwardly staring at me then her placing another hair claw clip kinda weirdly back into its place even tho I am a person who likes to put everything back where I found it from but no! apparently she made me feel like i was going to steal something from the store which I never wouldn't and making me think that i needed proper organization lessons. As a few minutes past I was still looking in the accessory aisle having to be indecisive with the good selection they and once again, the manager leader (Youme Yang) kept on starring at me from the cashier area giving me then a weird look. Finally as for when my mother had made her way near the cashier when she had first looked at the small makeup section, the cashier didn't even think twice to now smile at me and my mother with a positive mentality/attitude even though, she didn't even bother to even give me a positive one since the start yet giving me stalking looks every time. I never would've guessed that this store would give such a weird/odd looking perspective on their customers and having to make everyone feel like they should be watched all of the time. It's understandable that they are doing their job but doesn't mean they have to stand next to you making customers feel unwelcome and just off putting."

"Off putting experience . I was here in the middle of the day on a Tuesday they have a lot of coats and blazers . I took off my zip up hoodie to try on a few blazers . I tried on three and each time I rehung it back on exactly how o found it. the lady came and told me the fitting rooms are open . I was like i’m only trying on a jacket and she was like fitting room only please . So i politely said i’m not doing that for a jacket I will just leave , thank you. I’m not sure why this is the hill they were going to die on but I chose not to do business with them and went to Macys ."

"Off putting & shady staff. I was here today around noon looking for some cute, stretchy clothes at a very low price to substitute for maternity clothes. I bought 2 full priced skirts ($12.99 each) & 3 sale dresses. When I got home I realized the tags had been removed only off the full priced skirts, taking away my right to exchange them had they not fit…which was a concern for me given I’m pregnant. Cashier listed on my receipt is Sunja Chung. I attached photos of my receipt with their exchange policy, as well as the items I bought where you can see the skirts weren’t sale items & the cashiers name. You can’t exchange sale items, which my sale item tags were still on & you can’t exchange full priced items if the tags are gone or removed. You can’t even get a refund here, you can only exchange one time so I really don’t understand why they did this. It’s extremely shady & takes away my rights as a customer. I didn’t notice at check out because I was showing my daughters the earrings at the register. On top of that, the staff followed me around & would stand by me & watch me look at clothes the whole half hour or so I was in there….I didn’t have a single bag or even a purse so I don’t even understand how I could be viewed as someone stealing…very off putting experience & had I not been desperate for low cost clothes that’d work for my pregnancy, I would’ve left without buying anything. The staff removing tags without customer’s knowledge isn’t right either, especially when you can’t get a refund anyways. Thankfully the skirts worked for me but had they not I would’ve completely lost my right to find something that does work due to the staffs shadiness. This place has really low price clothes if you’re on a budget but don’t forget, you get what you pay for…apparently in quality & customer service.."

"I hope corporate office sees this review!!! I wouldn't have even rated this place as 1 star but couldn't do negative stars!! Dressing rooms haven't been open since COVID(understandable and im ok with that part) so my daughter took the shirt home to try on, didn't fit, tried to exchange it for larger size(didn't have a larger size, which was fine) they wouldn't even exchange for store credit, because of a deodorant mark. I called and asked if they sent clothes to a lab to test for infectious diseases or coronavirus, they said no...told them when the dressing rooms were open if they made shoppers buy every item they tried on because of makeup, deodorant or sweat stains. They said no....they just put it back on the rack....so how the heck do they justify not exchanging a $7 shirt for the exact same one in a larger size. Not to mention the store manager hung up on me when I asked her name. Timestamp on my phone call 11:41am may 4th 2022. I am beyond upset and disappointed in the customer service. I will never support any business that they are affiliated with again."
