"Went to Tilly’s today and I immediately was greeted by the employee which was at the front of the store. I was shopping for a bathing suit and Taylor was very helpful, friendly and courteous she assisted me in finding the right size for my bathing suit. The employees which were assisting in the dressing room area were also very attentive and friendly! I would definitely go back to this location as ALL of the associates were very helpful and customer service oriented! Thank you!"
"Very Rude employees!!! Went to return a backpack and the sales clerk was very rude and lack professionalism. Will not go back to this location or the store. Quicksilver in norco have way better quality clothes but especially their customer service."
"I used to work at Tilly’s therefore I know the policies and procedures. I was returning an item it was past the 30 days by 1 day, so I knew it would be store credit. I didn’t want my money back I just wanted the store credit. The cashier then asked her manager if it was okay and the manager said no store credit. I grabbed my bag and went to a different Tilly’s. The other Tillys did the return for me no problem."
"I bought a pair of shorts there for summer and the first time I wore them they started wrinkling in the crouch area and was very short in the back. I tried them on in the store and they did not look short. The material was very cheap. The other blouse I have bought there started unraveling when I was wearing it. Tillys has gone down in quality don't shop here. The manager is also very rude and unhelpful. He refused to return the pair of shorts when I called the Tillys corporate office and they said that they could return them."
"The employees are very nice, HOWEVER the return policy is terrible, it's expensive, your better off going elsewhere. The only reason this was voted #1 is because it's a teen trend. I paid top dollar for a shirt that I purchased on Friday and noticed on Sunday it had a hole under the armpit, needless to say, I never got to wear the shirt. Who knows, i may be able to turn it into a tank top and wear it to the lake. They need to understand the importance of good customer service."
