"Good store with terrible customer service. You buys items from the clearance rack and they charge you full price. You bring it to their attention and they make up a cheap excuse so they don’t have to do their job & investigate to honor the customer."
"store #0659 full of damaged goods. they sold me a water bottle that was dented, told me to switch it out for a not dented one. today i came back in to return it because it was defective. they say they can’t give me a refund because the bottle was not the one scanned on the receipt. they’re the ones who told me to switch it for a not dented one, how in the world is that my problem that THEY made a mistake or were just plain malicious. disgusting way to scam people."
"This is now the 3rd time I’ve come here and this old women has rudely squeezed herself between me and the shelf to straighten up boxes. I don’t see any of the other employees cleanly up and shoving themselves between them and customers. I also over heard her telling another customer to please leave because she only had 10 mins left. I’m concerned is the management abusing this women for her to be this panicked ?"
"T.J. Max is your one stop store. I have been shopping here for over 20 years. I’m a very happy loyal customer. You always go in for one or two items and ALWAYS leave with two bags full. I love the prices and location of this T.J. Max. I love to shop so I definitely recommend this store for everyone."
