"Went in tonight and had en encounter with employee with red short hair that refused to give her name and started yelling at me. She was argumentative, abusive and unprofessional. I was told that I could make an exchange and she went on to yell and me and threatened to call security to her advantage because she couldn’t handle a situation professionally and started yelling which lead to argument. I always come to this location and have never encountered such arrogance. An employee should never act like this female did tonight at 745 pm. What a way to start the new year. Smh"
