"I have been buying clothes at WHBM for about 10 years. After the last recession the quality of materials noticeably changed. Still, thru it all I have only been able to find pants that fit at WHBM, being quite petite. Nowadays you just have to mindful of what quality it is you're buying. I just bought more clothes there today. . .the staff is always helpful, even when you're buying online."

"Very bad experience. They like to play game when you want to return the merchandise that you ordered online. They will use the excuse that their scanner machine can't find your order number and make you stand there and wait for them to call the online representative to refund your money. Basically they don't want you to return your online purchase at their store....plain and simple. No other store does that except this store (at Tustin Marketplace) . Don't buy anything from this store."
