"Attitude by a sales associate who accused us of leaving display shoes on the floor when we were just sitting waiting for a size. When we tried to explain it wasn't us she walked away while we were in mid sentence. Just a side note we are 50 yr old parents that came in w our teen to purchase a sandal that we already knew we wanted. We let the sales associate ringing us up know of the experience. She was apologetic but service is quite lacking here. Btw there customer service surveys are only automated and Tilly’s Corp cares less whether their customers have had a subpar experience in their stores."
