"An okay restaurant in a swanky area in Coronado. The whole street has lots of fun shops and restaurants. This restaurant has a very nice and casual atmosphere. The food and service, however are just average. They are also a bit pricey for the quality. They do have quite a selection of wines, and the cheese board was very nice. They really should find a different supplier for their baguettes though - those were not tasty at all. There are much better restaurants in the area. There is really no bar here either - so no cocktail offerings."

"Food was excellent, but the wait to get into this little French bistro is long. Expect to wait 30 - 45 minutes for a party of 6 adults & 3 kids. I saw the hostess turn away families with stroller after stroller …she says there is no room for a stroller. Just like restaurants in France, NOT particularly kid-friendly. Nice waitress though!"

"Hotel del Coronado and restaurant challenge to Paris sensibility with friends. The service was good and the food was great.The onion soup wasn't salty and it was really delicious.I strongly recommend it. And I really liked the potatoes under the braised short ribs. The snail dish was also better than what I had in Paris. I want to tear the baguette with my hands and keep eating it. As expected, it's like Michelin's restaurant. It was a delicious brunch."
