"My wife choked on a sharp plastic bread twist left in sandwich. Corporate is ghosting us so I thought I’d leave a review on here so people can avoid this place."
"The service was great. Fast and friendly and they worked hard! We came in at the tail end of the lunch rush and the staff was great. The store was a tight fit at the end of that rush, so we got our food to go. The burger and chicken and fries (and shakes) were decent. A step up from In n Out. But not worth twice the price. They were out of their signature onion rings, and I honestly would only go back to try them."
"I'll start off by saying that the staff were great, there was nothing wrong with service whatsoever. My main gripe is with the price of the food compared to what you get. Grass fed–cool! I don't think it's worth 10 bucks for a burger the size of my hand though. It was a good burger, don't get me wrong, but it doesn't hold up to the price, considering the small bag of fries is separate. Overall, it's not a bad place to come to, but it's definitely a restaurant that costs more than it should for the food."
"Burgerlounge is just that a place to lounge and enjoy a great burger. A grass-fed, or turkey, fish, chicken, bison, and plant base burgers. There are salads for the non-burger people. The burgers are served fresh with a plethora of condiments. The atmosphere is engaging. You'll meet people here (lounge). Military discounts are offered. There are 25 stores in California. The price point is marketaverage $$."
