I've not worked with "Peninsula Appliance Installations" but I encourage them to have this mix-up fixed for the sake of their reputation."
"First, I would like to add that the reviews on this page is for the wrong company. This is PENINSULA APPLIANCES INSTALLATIONS. NO SERVICE AND REPAIRS! ONLY INSTALLATIONS. I believe the reviews are intended for a different company that has a similar name. Unfortunately, a lot people get confused with our company and this affect us tremendously. Peninsula Appliances Installation is trying to remove these reviews from Google that were intended for a different company. Thank you."
"Do not recommend! Really disappointing customer service and technician service. They charged us over $400 to book a technician, for the technician visit, and for a replacement part that 1) did not fix the problem (the slow outflow from our LG washer) and 2) resulted in a new leak of the washer starting AFTER the pump replacement. When I called to request technician return to fix the new leak, I was told they would only come if we pay a new technician visit fee -- even though the original diagnostic visit and part replacement was unsuccessful AND seems to have caused the new leak."
"These guys are incompetent crooks. Our dish washer is literally burning and they came out, did their diagnostics, and concluded nothing was wrong without even looking for the burning. Never use these guys, and any company that uses them for their warranty repairs, avoid them too."
