"I shopped for a group gift of lingeries for my friend’s upcoming wedding. Tatiana showed me several items and I selected three high quality pieces with her help. This Italian Lingerie is so well constructed and the materials and beautiful and luxurious. She also steamed all three items and boxed them for me with the help of another woman who was maybe the manager. My friend loved the gift and will probably be back to buy more lingerie for herself. I highly recommend them. I rarely buy lingerie but I will refer friends to them often because we received great service and high quality items."
"I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered 4 items from the website. It didn't fit me and I returned it. This happened on 11 November 2021 and today is 02 Feb 2022 and I still haven't gotten my refund inspite of calling them 4 times. I finally called my bank to revoke the transaction. "terrible service. the site barely works, constantly freezes and throws it out of the system. when buying a gift card, be careful, you will be charged, but it will take a long time to solve your problem, answering with standard phrases. so I do not recommend spending money, nerves and energy on this brand if you want to buy a gift card for your friend. most likely he won't get it."
