"Absolutely horrendous customer service. Ordered the disco bra for Halloween and never received it. Order was cancelled bc apparently went out of stock and I have yet to receive a refund. Lost count of how many emails I have sent with no resolution. buyer beware!!"

"Extremely disappointed with Sparkl Fairy's products and customer service. I recently bought the iridescent combat boots. I went on ONE walk with my dog and they are terribly worn (pics attached). There are deep creases all over the boots and the plastic started ripping right off in the back. Not to mention these boots were 114 bucks! When I emailed them, the owner, 'Gabi Sparkl' said, "they've never seen this happen before" and "the shoes can crease if you're not careful or if you're moving around a lot" and "they are not meant to be work boots." It just seemed like a lot of excuses to hide the fact that these are poor quality boots. So I'm gathering these boots aren't made for walking!? HAH! She refused to give me a refund or even an exchange, and she offered me a measly 20 bucks to their store. I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was really frustrating. I've never had a pair of shoes/boots look this bad after one use. I really just want my money back at this point. **EDIT** - The description of these boots on the website does not say "delicate" (or even allude to being delicate) as owner is claiming below (screenshot attached). And now I am seeing these boots were supposed to come with 2 sets of shoelaces. They definitely only came with one.... Honestly, if these boots are meant for modeling purposes only, just be honest about it on your website. $120 is a lot of money on a pair of boots that are not meant to be walked in. (And also, enough with the passive aggressive "have a sparkly day" BS - it's not cute..)"
