"I have gone to Dickeys bbq in Yucaipa Ca. Ever since it opened. I waited for 2weeks after they opened. We tried a variety of their food. Was disappointed, but I gave them another chance a month later. Still very disappointed. Food tasted very bland there fried food very, very oily the meats hard to eat. Very chewy and over cooked. The sides were just as bad. They forgot a lot of my order. Waited again a month. My order was all wrong, cold, oily and it tasted like it had sat there for sometime. Even the barbq sauce couldn't drown out the taste. I dont like saying things like this, but I cant believe all this time passed and the food is still the same. You gotta get good workers that care about food or have some kind of knowledge on food."

"So happy that the Yucaipa Dickie's BBQ is under new management. We had previously gone 3 times with the old management and the food and service was terrible so we gave up going. We heard that there were new owners so we gave it another try. We were not disappointed. The service was great. The new employees were nice, helpful, and quick. The food, well it was how Dickies BBQ should be, delicious! I had a 3 meat plate with brisket, turkey, and jalapeño cheddar sausage with mac & cheese and backed potato casserole. All the meat was cooked to perfection and the sides were great too. My wife got the baked potato with brisket. It was big and piled with meat, she couldn't finish it. We will definitely be back."
