"I'm eating angry here at Pollo Loco. First I asked for my order with chicken breast and a leg and another piece. They gave me another salad. They charged me more and in the end they gave me the chicken breast half raw. They said it was juicy. mmmmm. Well, then they measured out the wrong salad. and I told them everything that was wrong and they got angry with a bad attitude. The truth is, I have come several times but I no longer have to pay for something that I am not happy about, just with an attitude, I imagine that this happens very rarely here. But I won't be back, at least in this sad and dissapointed town, but be more courteous to other people."

"Pathetic amount of chicken on the double chicken tostadas. I ordered 2 double chicken tostadas and there was exactly 8 pieces of chicken. Looks like a normal order that I was just upcharged for. I also specifically requested no sour cream or cheese on ONE tostada. They did it for both. And last but not least, the extra salsas weren't included nor was I asked before they shut the window on me. I had to wave them down and ask."
