MOD Pizza

"I don’t even have all the words to say how heavy this weighs on my heart that someone would treat my sweet girl with such cruelty and ugliness. My daughter who works in the plaza went to Mod Pizza for lunch as she does to varies food places there. She simply asked if they give plaza employees any kind of discount as most other food places do. Instead of just a simple no we don’t. The manager NINA has the audacity to yell at my daughter from across the restaurant. Just yelling at her in front of all the customers there for asking a simple question. She made my daughter cry from embarrassment. My daughter took her food and went back to work. Her manager went in to talk to the manager at Mod a pizza and she yelled at my daughters manager too, refused to give her name and went and hid in the back. This is appalling and despicable. Well her name is NINA and I think it’s horrible that you’re ok with treating people that way. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourself. And to Mod Pizza, I hope you investigate this and watch the camera footage because no one deserves to be treated the way your manager Nina treated my daughter and then her manager. The fact that other employees had to apologize for her behavior shows you how disrespectful it was. I’ve worked in food service and I understand some customers can be rude, but it doesn’t give you the right to treat people who are kind that way. My daughter is the sweetest person you’ll ever meet and she absolutely did not deserve to be treated like that."

"I love this diverse and fun pizza place. Oh and I want to buy the t-shirt this young guy had on! I had the cauliflower crust, and it was delicious. Update... We went again.. The amazing Kelly made our pizza today... She is fabulous!!"

"Manager was rude for absolutely no reason. I simply asked for the restroom code and she responded with “the code is **** and you don’t have to ask me for it. If you see that I’M busy ask somebody else” Her employees were clearly actively engaged with their customers as she looked over at them. I was not rude or impatient, I waited for her to finish her task and did not ask her anything until I was asked what I could be helped with. Pizza was burned on one end and raw on the other. She did not rotate the pizza either. Tables were all dirty, trash and food on the floor. Very upsetting experience."

"This chain is similar to and in some ways better than the concept originator, Blaze Pizza, where you pick unlimited ingredients from a buffet line or on their app, all for one reasonable price. The pizza is delicious and unbelievably not fattening since it uses thin crust and all other ingredients are healthy! They beat Blaze because they have brewed iced tea (two kinds) in addition to delicious custom lemonades and soda fountain. Blaze decided to let their managers decide if they wanted to make ice tea so I rarely see it in their stores any longer (FAIL!). They say it is not a popular item when it is probably THE most popular drink. So Mod eats their lunch and does the concept of new-generation pizza better! Order in the app to get freebies and faster service, dine in or take out."

"Good pizza - flat rate regarding the amount of topping. Lots of seating. You’d be better off placing your order online - it appears that online orders take priority over the line of people waiting inside the restaurant to place an order."
