"I've had hit and miss food and service from my local Pizza Hut over the last several years. Most recently, I ordered a large pizza with no sauce for delivery. It arrived with sauce and no cheese. It looked and tasted awful. The store offered to remake it but I would have to pick it up myself. I finally got a refund (not store credit as offered as I don't plan to order from there again) but it didn't account for the fees and tip already paid."
