"Their “pizza portal” is crashed more than operational. The manager is always snarky and rude, like she is being inconvenienced by someone ordering pizza at a pizza place. When the portal IS running, it is NEVER on time, usually missing the target by 15+ minutes, which is a hassle when trying to get hot pizza to your middle school students on their limited lunch time. Today, the app didn’t accept orders, saying to call the store. Store didn’t answer for the entire 23 minutes it took to drive to the location, then was told it would be over an hour for pizza. An HOUR?!? This is likely the last no chance I’m giving this location."

"Pizza is almost always solid for Le Petite Kaiser….timing could be better. But you go anywhere on a weekend it’s kinda the norm. They hustle most of the time. Appreciate that even when I’m waiting I get a consistent pizza. Just wish I could plan on bringing home the pizza when folks are expecting it."

"If I could give this place no stars I would! I ordered the pizza at 8:39AM for 5:15pm to ensure we wouldn’t have to wait forever for our food. We did not receive our pizza until 6:13pm! One hour after our setup time. The lobby was filled to the brim with people waiting for food. They quoted me 20 minutes when I walked in there at 5:10. I have tried to give this place many chances, but I will never eat here again. They need to take lessons from Dominos and get rid of their slogan hot-n-ready because they haven’t had a hot-n-ready pizza in YEARS! Tisk tisk!"

"Well where do I start? For one, I've never been in and out of this place. They never never never have hot and ready pizzas "Ready" ...they will tell you the wait time is 15 minutes but expect to wait 30. And that's even if you only order one classic or even when the place is completely empty. I don't use the storage locker thing but while waiting for my pizzas, on multiple occasions I've witnessed guests waiting for orders that were supposed to be ready already in the box. The service as far as customer service is a 1 out of 10 because there is just no personality in that place ....everybody is either short spoken, short tempered or just look angry. I'd highly recommend eating at a different location because honestly not all little Caesars locations are like this one...they definitely need an upgrade to there employee list."
