"Came in with the family for a nice dinner at 8:15pm. It was quitec , the bar was full but maybe a dozen tables were occupied if that. We sat down and waited over 30 minutes to be greeted. we had to flag down the waitress just to get silverware and drinks. By an hour in our order hadn’t been taken. We saw a table of 8 and then a table of 2 walk out due to the super slow service. The server came to take out order apologizing that tonight was a “disaster”. She took our order and after waiting 25 minutes and still not even getting out appetizer. we got the manager and asked for our food to go. When we told her that we had been sitting there for 1.5 hours and haven’t even been served anything she was genuinely surprised. (I was surprised that the floor manager had no idea what was going on in the restaurant”. Manager was nice to us and. comped some of the items on the receipt and gave us a free desert. only problem. when we got home half of the food she comped wasn’t even in the bag. We will never go back."

"I wish I had checked the reviews before coming here. Honestly, after the experience I had, I'm not sure I will ever visit another Macaroni Grill. Where do I start? My family and I decided to go out for Thanksgiving dinner. We reserved a table for 5, and we got there. Everything was great; they sat us down right away. The place wasn't very busy for being one of the few places open on Thanksgiving night. We ordered some appetizers, and we each ordered a plate. The first red flag we should have known was that it took a very long time to get our food, even the appetizers. Then, when we asked for more bread, they never brought it out. Here's the kicker: one of my boys got the chicken Alfredo and wanted to add shrimp. So when they brought out everyone's food, his plate only had the shrimp. They said they would replace it. My other son had ordered a steak, and he wanted it done medium well, meaning very little to no pink. Well, let's just say this thing still had its legs and was probably walking 2 minutes before it got to our plate. We all finished our food, and my son still had not gotten his pasta. My other child could not eat the steak because it was still bleeding on the plate. When I brought this to the attention of the server, she said, "Oh, I'll let them know," and walked away. It took another 15 minutes to come back with our check, saying, "Here you go." I expected that they would have taken the steak off of the check because my son did not eat it. Instead, she brought us some $10 off coupons for the next time we go. So I told her that I was not going to be paying for the steak that was not cooked properly and the way we asked. She JUST LAUGHED and said she would let her manager know. Then she came back with another receipt but with only ten dollars off a twenty-seven dollar plate that my son couldn't eat. Not only did she just throw the receipt down and say, "Here's the new check," and not even want to talk but walked away, I had to wait another 10 minutes just to tell her I would like to speak to your manager. Then, the manager came out with a smug look on her face. She was very rude and inhospitable when I told her about the situation. She said, "Well, why didn't you tell us as soon as he cut into it? So we could have cooked it more for WHAT??" I've never experienced anything like this ever in my entire life. I've never had such bad service, unbelievable. It's probably the worst ever. But now I understand why this place has such low ratings. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Don't waste your money, the so-called "Manager." I didn't get her name because it's not worth knowing, and the staff here are incompetent and extremely rude. Even when I paid, the server, Brooke, snatched my credit card from my hand in a very aggressive and rude manner."

"The food was very bland. This chain keeps getting worse as far as food is concerned. Went for dinner around 7pm. The restaurant was pretty much empty. The only bright spot was the waitress named Daniela. She was the hostess, bartender, waitress and taking care of to go orders. Also how do you advertise a Happy hour and not have any draft beers? This chain used to be very good at one time now it's worse than Olive garden not that Olive is a good restaurant."

"I’m not a huge fan of chain restaurants but I went here for a special occasion with family. The service was fantastic. Our server was attentive, polite, and kind. The food on the other hand…..Meh. Everything tasted like it was once frozen and was flash fried to make it warm. My Butternut Tortellacci was salty, the orzo with the salmon was salty and the Alfredo was bland. The crispy fresh mozzarella tasted like any deep fried mozzarella you get from any dive bar in America. What’s funny is the only thing I did like was the crispy Brussels Sprouts which, I don’t necessarily like Brussels Sprouts but the crispy balsamic was delicious!!!! I can’t believe I’m saying this but I’d prefer Olive Garden."

"This experience was not the norm, I am a huge fan of this restaurant and I am very disappointed with the experience at this restaurant the music was wrong the Lemon drop Martini was not done right the food was not flavorful and the Server said they let staff go so there was no experience of the crayons and the introduction with signing the Table didn’t happen and it was a bad experience because I bragged to my cousin about it and I couldn’t wait til he enjoyed the whole experience and probably will never go back to this location. Here’s a few pictures of what I’m talking about."
