"$30 for what you see pictured. They didnt bring a utencil for the pasta. Hadnt eaten Pizza Hut in 5+ years, only tried because it was close and open. Massive waste of time and money not to mention made me feel incredibly ill."
"Hello, I ordered from Pizza Hut on SEP 2nd 2023 and when I received my food order from Louie the employee, he was very rude and disrespectful towards me. I told him that the Breadsticks were cold and hard, he took them out of the bag and said that I was wrong and then gestured towards me in my car and I had to swerve my head back as he was coming towards me. Then he started screaming and threw my Breadsticks to the ground and ran inside the store. I had my 4 year old son in the car with me and he was traumatized by this experience and so was I by the actions of your Employee. I filed a Police Report with Corona PD and Incident #: 23C080218 I called and reported this incident to Bryce the Store Manager. He said he was very sorry for what happened and would be in touch with me. I never received any call back from Bryce or anyone at Pizza Hut for this terrible experience after being a loyal customer for over 30 years, I never imagined I would have a traumatizing experience at Pizza Hut."
"Protests these so-called "service fees" by not buying from Pizza Hut. Reason for service fee on red placard is for the cost of doing business in California. Isn't this formulated into cost of product that is being sold. Done with Pizza Hut. There are other pizza companies that would love to have my loyalty buying their product once a week."
"Let's just say I have never been inside of this place. We always order it ahead thru the app or call the place and just picked it up there when it is ready. So far we never got any problem with our order. We never wait for a long time plus the parking lot is always available. The place is very close to home so not a problem if we wait for a Lil longer. We always get the right order as we always requested. The staffs are very nice which is also the reason we always buy here. I would highly recommend this place."
"Don't order delivery at night. I get off work late so I ordered at night and I know they get tired by the end of the day but to not even season my garlic bread sticks? Just sad. Used to never have these problems before. Whoever they put working at night is either overwhelmed and needs help or just downright lazy."
