"Since when doesn’t Taco Bell take orders inside their stores, That’s at least half the business. The only reason they got a one star review is I wasn’t helped they didn’t take my order inside the store, and the young boy was rude about it. Causing me to want to leave."

"There were too many homeless and gangster type coming in repeatedly to use the restroom and fill up drinks. I did not feel safe and finished quicker than I wanted to. Why does The Habbit or In N Out not have this same issue? Please work on this!"
"Came in with an online order. The instructions were to tell someone I was picking up. I tried to wave to an employee and he just kept telling me to order on the kiosk. I tried to say I was picking up and I thought I cleared it up when he finally stopped waving me off and said they were working on it and will let me know. After three other customers came to order on the kiosk and got their foods I had to try to wave mr “use the kiosk” down and found out my food was sitting there though they never called my name. He was focused on the drive though and was always back-turned to the counter, so I think that’s the priority at this TB. My friend always uses the drive thru and says he has not issues so I think this is the way to go herw"
