"First time at this hidden gem. When I first walked in I was welcomed by Rosalina. Very friendly helpful and accommodating service. I ordered the steak plate with a side of eggs. Steak was delicious not salty nor rubbery just perfect. The rice and beans were homemade, reminded me of my grandma’s at the ranch in Los Guajes, Jalisco. The salsa was spicy , I love the heat. This dive is a must try and I will definitely return to some home cooking. I overheard weekends she sets up outside her small diner with homemade tortillas and carnitas. Sometimes if were lucky she makes menudo and or posole. I have to come back to try ."
