"So....(yes, im generalizing a bit, but...) Not the friendliest staff in the South Bay. There is one young woman however, who is very friendly, nice and attentive. There's more than 3 people working nights there within the last 6 months who I would personally never hire, after experiencing the way they talk to guests/customers, including myself. I was shocked actually. Embarrassed to even witness and hear them speak and behave like that. Also... not sure how this works with chain restaurants but I sincerely think this is the only JITB whose REGULAR fries are BAD. Not just mediocre... BAD. Not kidding or embellishing here. I don't know why the Curly Fries are still good, and I admit I definitely still order those. Regular fries just aren't working here. And they continue to be the only item I won't buy here anymore even for other people- because there's something wrong. Which, as I understand, really should make us question other operations at this location."

"Always a great place to stop available food pretty much all day late night when you’re traveling and of course, it taste good! also, the drive-through it’s pretty quick, and always got very friendly team taking your order. They are nice they are kind."

"Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - Free Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger deal with purchase of $1+. For a free burger, it was good! Tastes of home cooking or what a burger would taste like if you make it yourself so it's clean but very simple. Ambiance: 2/5 - here for the speedy service and not for the ambiance. But definitely doesn't feel welcoming as there is a sign that says something along the lines of no loitering, time limit of 30 minutes while consuming food. Service: 5/5 - fast food place so very quick service Value for price: 5/5 - delicious food and very quick service. Worth it with the deal but not sure if I would pay $4 for this burger in the future."

"Knowingly steals. Wont give bacon on a bacon ultimate order, wont give more than one ketchup packet. Refuses to open doors or answer phones when they have done this to get your money back. Eventually someone who is much angrier than i will do something much more real to these people than this review. You have been warned, thieves. This is the night crew doing this at this location. Around 3am is when this happened. Whenever i eat at your place its at these times. Your night crew on thursday nights are criminals. Ordered and charged for a bacon ultimate but got no bacon. Was told receipt was in the bag, no receipt, asked for ranch and ketchup got one packet of each as as an insult on a large combo. Thinking they can get away with this because it is late is furthermore indicative of criminal thought patterns as it is opportunistic. Taking advantage of closed door policy in the early morning hours to prevent me from getting my money back on the same day is also indicative of this."
