"I like to shop at Ulta. The employees are friendly. But the upkeep is lacking. For example, I was looking for a certain shampoo and when I got a closer look there were layers of dust on all the shelves, and they were so unorganized. Other areas, in some of the makeup depts, were also filthy, messy and some were practically empty. For a place that sells some expensive items, I would think it would be kept up nicer. There seems to be a lot of employees standing around a talking to each other instead of maybe cleaning up a little."

"This was my first visit to this Ulta Beauty. I went by to pick up an online order. This was a pretty smooth process. Only a couple hours from placing my order to picking up my new Urban Decay Stoned Vibes Pallet. The store is huge, well lit, and spotless. I was dazzled by the assortment of named brand products. The shelves were well stocked. I wasn't sure where to find certain brands so I easily found a staff member who walked me to the section I asked for. She then helped me find my correct foundation shade. She also told me that if it wasn't the right shade, I could return it for a different shade or refund. I'll definitely be back. I love Ulta but hated the wait for shipping, so now I will just use the easy store pick up process."
