"Had a mixed experience here today. My sister was looking for shoes for her new job and found the perfect pair but only one shoe was in the box (absolutely not the fault of staff.) Jesus, the gentleman who helped us, along with the few other associates I didn't catch the names of who helped out, went above and beyond, were extremely professional and friendly, and did everything they could to help us get what we needed and have a good experience even with how busy they were. Jesus let us know we could simply order the shoes at the register to be sent to our home and made sure we were aware of all the available discounts. However, when we went to check out, the cashier Genie was busy talking to her (I'm assuming) boyfriend. She continued talking to him and ignored us when we were trying to explain our situation, and due to this lack of customer service she almost sold my sister the box with one shoe. We had to again explain to her that it was supposed to be an order of a pair sent to our house, and as she was filling out my sister's information she continuously talked over her and so got multiple things wrong, and my sister had to repeat everything at least three times. When my sister was getting ready to pay again, she noticed the price was $20 more than what it was before, and asked if her discounts were still applied. The cashier said yes to both until my sister pointed out the original price that was stated. She then asked my sister for the coupon again, even though she already took it earlier. On another note I don't believe she was dressed appropriately for work with a very low-cut top. Other than that, our experience was wonderful and all the other associates we talked to were extremely helpful and professional."
