"Service is absolutely terrible. Waited at the speaker for over five minutes, pulled up to the window in hopes to be assisted where I waited at least another three minutes for someone to acknowledge me. For the girl to come to the window to “say we’re busy what was your order” She refused to take my order because there was now someone at the intercom. Talk about unacceptable customer service! The least she could’ve done was answer over the intercom and let me know that they were a little behind, and inform me it would be just a few minutes. Horrible service l!"

"It's basic fast food, and a Dairy Queen substitute. My malt barely tasted like malt even though it cost extra, and the burgers are just regular fast food greasy burgers. It would be great if someone had a little money to throw at it and remodel the place. It's still a good place to go get a quick ice cream treat, just kinda leaves you feeling bad for it, like a forgotten step child that took a sad lonely path in life, and you hope they see their potential before time runs out."

"The perfect old-school drive through fast food joint reminiscent of times past. These burgers are the real deal. French fries made daily, nice and crinkly. Their twisters are TOP notch no joke. I take my son here after every soccer game and he loves the food too. Is it a tad bit pricier than "normal" fast food, yes. But every single dang cent counts here because it'll keep you full, not crazy greesy, and they give you massive burgers. The workers are always so pleasant too."

"Can someone tell me…Where’s the Ranch? Cheesy Bacon Ranch Fries….I didn’t think I’d have to ask for the Ranch that’s supposed to come with this. :/ really disappointed. I’d Walk back for a refund. But I Just Walked 19 miles today with a 50 pound pack from Gaviota. I thought I was gonna get a decent meal here. Everyone…GO TO THE DELI NEXT DOOR!!! way better reviews on their food. :/"
