When I spoke to their representative, the guy on the phone tried to downplay it and kept telling me since nothing happed, they didn't do anything wrong. "On Saturday Aug 27th, I was pleasently reminded that genuine customer exist at Tires 4 Less 1944 Sante fe ave. I was traveling north to the city Menifee from San Diego, I got a flat tire with no spare half way to my destination around 6:00pm called a few local tires shops& towing services with no luck.. got in contact with Tires 4 Less Angelica answered, I explained my situation she explained that if I still was able to make it to the shop before 7pm that they have the tire in stock and could change it, she then directed me to a closer Tires 4 Less so that I could make it on time as I had to drive very slow on a flat tire and less then 30 min to arrive, I called back told them there's was no answer, she gave me another number for the shop and still no answer once I arrived to to the shop she directed me too, I called back at 6:50pm explained to her the shop I had arrived at had already closed, I know she emphasized with my situation but the situation was rightfully out of her hands and they were 10 min away from closing time, 2 minutes later at about 6:52pm Angelica calls me back and told me she talked to two technicians and they were willing to drive 15 min away to pick up my tire drive it back to their shop to fix the flat and return back to me with a brand new tire! Angelica take you so much just for being a kind hearted human being, it was late on a Saturday and your quick thinking & problem solving solution saved me out of such a bad situation and hundreds of dollars of having to tow my car 45 miles back home! also thank you to the service tech guys who changed my tires name of the receipt in Victor & Javier! I am extremely grateful! thank you Angelica, Victor & Javier for coming to my rescue! Ps. I made it to Menifee to visit my family and back home safe! Sincerely Jose Hirugami"
