"I have been a customer of a large chain tire competitor for years but read xlnt yelp reviews on American Tire near my house so decided to check them out for new tires on my Ford F150. Nui is the manager and he went above and beyond in not only helping me select the appropriate tires for my specific driving needs, but also gave me feedback info so I could order the proper rims I wanted off the internet. I consulted him several times about different rims and even though I wasn’t purchasing them from his business, he spent considerable time double checking my proposed purchase to make sure they would fit my tires and vehicle properly. Did a fast and efficient job to get everything installed for a trip to Oregon. Also Eric , a newer employee, was helpful and made sure everything was good before I drove off. Highly recommend Nui and American Tire. They care about their customers and prices are competitive. I will be back for my Mercedes when it needs tires."
"Excellent Customer Service By Gabriel and team. Clean shop I went in to get two tires and left with 4 tires. The reason for that is Gabriel paid close to attention to a nail that was in my tire that I did not know I had .. He inform it was not serviceable due the location of it . Would definitely use them In the future"
