"Poor customer service. Store refused to redeem store credit. Please shop at zappos or Amazon. I'd purchased a pair of boots here and received a $60 store credit "Carr's cash". I purchased a little more than a year ago and was told the credit expired, Even though I had the paper store credit coupons that I was given at time of purchase. Also, at the time of purchase I was uninformed that the credit I was given would expire. I burn through work boots twice a year. This is the last time I ever attempt to shop at Carr's. Neither can I in good faith continue to recommend Carr's to fellow tradesmen in need of good boots."

"I was told the work boots I ordered would only take a week, I was also told I needed to only out a deposit. Not only did they charge me full price just to order the boots but the boots took over three weeks. When i called to ask on status I received rude behavior and laziness, they would check the status of the order over the phone. First and last time for this place for me."
