"Burgers and fries are not hot, just warm. The fries are not salty, the burger is not bad, but such a burger can be bought at any other establishment and you don’t have to sit in line. The atmosphere and staff are friendly."
"What can you say. In and out will deliver every time. The drive through moved faster than most In n Outs. My animal style fries were better than usual but I felt like their could’ve been more sauce on my double double. My bad for not asking for extra packets."

"Being from the east coast, this was a must on my to-do list visiting California. It lived up to the hype for me, but I also didn't have too high of expectations. The burger was delicious, but the fries could have been cooked more. We waited 30 minutes food which to me is a little obnoxious for a fast food establishment. Management didn't seem present and in control despite the place was busy and the drive thru line was long."

Plentiful parking at this location and the crowds prove its quality. One of the most accessibly priced burgers around at the highest quality and definitely a SoCal classic - make sure to grab some if you’re around! The closest In-N-Out to central Santa Barbara makes it especially popular. Mouthwateringly good!"
