"This is a dystopian mcdonalds, no drink fountain, poor and slow service due to having a skeleton crew 24/7, and above all it just doesn’t feel welcoming. I feel like I’m at a place for door dash orders and not a restaurant. I’ll do in n out or the jack in the box across the street."
"Overall, the place is nice, clean, and the food, it was good. I wonder what happen to ordering from the cashier; a memory I suppose; darn those self-order machines. I should be getting paid to process my own order. How i miss the 90's and 20'tens...jaja!"
"Food was served hot and fresh. Front desk manager had difficulty understanding my request that I needed a replacement drink due to the soda being flat. Tables were cluttered and not wiped clean. Other than this, I enjoyed the meal."
"Friendly staff and well manage restaurant. I request sausage Mc Muffin with egg and request to remove the sausage and ham since I'm Muslim. The counter staff name Blanca really understand and give the correct instruction to her team members. Well done McD Goleta, you have great team"
