"This place is a joke. I placed a $250+ order over the phone, paid with card and gave all necessary info. When I showed up at the suggested time there was no separate "pick up" section. So I wait in line for 10 minutes as I see our food getting cold in the background. When I finally get to the counter, I'm told "There was no card taken over the phone, you need to pay for the order now." Ok.. I'll let that slide, whatever. They hand me my 6 pizzas and act as if that's it, be on your way. I let them know.. ok here's the pizza but I also ordered 8 salads with dressing, plates, utensils. The guy behind the counter starts to hand me bowls for the salad bar! I explain to him that these are "to go" salads and he starts to prepare 8 empty containers with lids. I ask him, am I meant to fill these at the salad bar? Jesus Christ.. these guys are straight R worded. Eventually I get my prepared salads from the fridge. At this point hungry people are waiting for food, so I don't check too closely for what's there and what's not. But in the end they forgot all dressing for the salads, so another huge fail for this establishment. Our company will no longer use Rustys for lunch functions, and I would suggest that you don't either."

"Got delivery at the hotel we were staying at.... pepperoni pizza came super fast....hot and crispy......I also had forgotten to order salads on the original order and I called to ask to cancel the order so I could create a new one but they helped me add the salads and made it easy..... super super nice staff."

"Best pizza I've had in years. The pan pizza crust is perfection. The railroad decor suits the town. I couldn't completely understand the cashier, and she was confused when I asked about gluten free options, but that was a minor thing. I highly recommend this place."

"I don't know if it's because I've been eating it too long, but the pizza itself isn't quite doing it for me anymore. That said, the salad bar is still a great go-to, and it's nice to be able to give the kids video game money to keep them occupied for games that actually cost a normal quarter or two."
