"Rude. They also won’t take a phone order when their app isn’t working. Arrived 7:55 and they said they were closed. Used to work at the one in Montecito and we never turned someone away even 1 min before closing."

"I used to go here regularly when living here full time. I decided to stop in again. Ordered a large iced mocha. No one was calling out orders when made. Confused 6 of us waiting for orders. Went up and asked what each drink was, that we couldn’t hear them. She said that they did. I pointed to all of us waiting and said “non of us heard a thing”. Then asked about a drink on a wooden table. She said they were to go orders. I said where does it say that. There is no sign. Finally got my drink, and they had made a small. Same girl said she didn’t see that when she made it but would now make it if I wanted to wait. You have to be kidding me. Please management, get some people who respect the customer. I placed my drink back on the to go area and said “keep it” and left. Did not ask for a refund. The same girl had the audacity to yell out, there is a free iced mocha up here. Geez us… just be wary that you can’t hear and they are used to being the bosses… customers choice"

"Ordered a decaf latte but I wasn’t paying attention when they called out the drink. So the drink sat there for 10min and got cold. They took the initiative to make me a new one. Coffee was tasty. The taste was more fragrant than strong. Just my personal favorite."

"What a great experience, the barista that I met this morning was so genuinely friendly and kind to every customer, Scarlett deserves a raise. The decor was fun and the quite small area was bursting with personality. I don't live nearby, but everytime I come into this area, I'm certainly going to stop here, if for nothing else than the customer service. I had a pre-packaged sandwich and a chai latte; both were fantastic and the barista offered to warm it up for me immediately."
