"Cutbacks are Real! Maple syrup is maple water now. Bacon has no taste anymore. Received 4 different menus . Requested a fifth that had the hidden discounts! No explanation needed. Will not return."
"First time here and was very disappointed. My food was cold & pancakes were hard. Hardly nobody there when I arrived & it took my food & check very long to come out. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros Nunca lo vi hecho de esa manera . Overall our waiter was very nice & helpful."
"Very dissappointing dinning experience. The food is marginal at best. The pancakes were rubbery and cold. They serve only synthetic syrup...no real maple syrup. Service delivery was poor. My wife and I are taking bets as to how long this IHOP will remain open (this location seems to have difficulty retaining resturants). We will not be returning."
"Great experience with dining in and ordering for pick up. Order was correct and delicious! I would definitely recommend stopping by especially when you're craving some breakfast for dinner. The only downside is it can get a bit pricey but there always seems to be coupons in the mail or codes online. As much as I loved the location on Turnpike, this new location is so much better!"
"Our waiter Leo was very helpful & has great customer skills. I wanted to know the ingredients of the veggie sausage (which is “Sweet Earth”), & the manager Miguel went out of his way to check for me, I will come here again because its great customer service. Definitely 5 ⭐️!"
