"Ordered a drink , cake pop for my son and a pastry for me. I got everything but the cake pop. It’s not the delivery service but the Starbucks location itself’s fault. Maybe the person working on delivery orders should be put to do something else because checking and completing orders is not their strong suit. So to whoever didn’t do their job right thanks!!! Sincerely a disappointed customer. Usually they are good at not forgetting items so must be an off day."

"Order a strawberry açaí & white chocolate mocha drinks we’re horrible they were plane strawberry açaí taste like pure water with no flavor I called in went back for a new one guess what it taste the same nasty I understand they get busy but I’m paying for a drink is not like I’m getting them free I have went to diffrent location & gotten strawberry acai & they are really good but this location makes the nastiest strawberry açai drinks . I’m disappointed you can tell by the picture how watery it looks"

"Came here today oct,24,23 I ordered 2 frappe with extra caramel witch I never even had a problem till today as they didn’t put no caramel so I asked nicely if they can add more well Armani I believe here name was she rolled here eyes at me I said why you rolled your eyes so I just asked for a refund and the same lady looked at me and still rolled here eyes at me the guy there was nice and said he can add more without a problem witch I didn’t had a problem like I told him I just had a problem how she rolled here eyes at me not 1 not 2 but 3 times and I even told here like why are you doing this what did I did to you if you don’t like your job go get another one hunny"
