"Ordered through the Dunkin app a regular coffee, and a blueberry muffin with butter on the side. Didn't receive the butter. Coffee was good and the muffin was fresh. Update: Got a medium coffee and a Boston Cream donut. Both were very good. Update: Got a medium coffee and a Boston Cream donut. Waited a few minutes for freshly brewed coffee. Well worth the short wait. Coffee and donut were very good."
"The coffee is good, but the service is amazingly slow. They continually have a line of at least 10 cars deep that moves very slowly. I've never seen that before any Dunkin' donuts. Employees need to be retrained on how to move the line. I've been going to Dunkin' Donuts my entire life in the Chicago area, and I've never seen anything quite like this place. I get to the front of the line, and I see two employees doing absolutely nothing, and only one lady charging people and taking orders for the drive-thru....That doesn't make any sense."
