"Go often and the breads and workers there are great. Only thing is each time I've gone there has always been a line and just one cashier. They paid money for a renovation to just look the same instead of hiring one more person to work the cash register."

"Everything is super cheap but absolutely delicious. Their boba is standard price but any other drink and pastry run pretty cheap. The store is clean and the staff was nice, the pastry’s were warm and delicious, I would recommend the potato croqu which is really filling and runs 1.18-2.18$ and the tiramisu slice which is 3.75$ and so creamy and delicate. Favorite breakfast/morning pastry would be the coffee milk butter which is like 2.15$, in total I spent around 7-8$ for a handful of items that were absolutely delicious! 10/10 would recommend this spot to anyone in need of a cute bakery/cafe spot."

"The drinks and the bread are amazing. The cakes are the perfect special treat. Cakes are never too sweet, and the frosting is never greasy. I usually have a group of 11 to 13 adults, and we have maybe a third left-over. Staff is so friendly and courteous. They go out of their way to help you, even when they are busy. They always answer your questions and check the back for a specific item if you ask. Excellent customer service, reasonable prices, and I will drive all the way to Plaza blvd to get my coffee (even if it's not really on my way). I do have their app. It's very convenient and it has great perks."

"First time here at National City location and we’re in line on Thanksgiving Day for their Egg Tarts. Due to covid, and just like any other places. There’s max 10 people at a time that can go inside. Thankfully, they had plenty in stock and already wrapped individually. I like this location, because they pick up the phone even when they’re busy. Love their website, I find it useful when looking up ingredients. Like what’s on their Egg Tart? Tart Shelll (Bleached and Unbleached Enriched Flours, Unsalted Butter, Water, Sugar, Salt.), Milk, Cream, Eggs, Sugar. Contains Egg, Milk, Wheat."
