"Terrible terrible service. I could not believe the reviews. My second time coming The employee at the counter. Please look at your cameras at 8:11 am. Mobile order pick up. The Starbucks representative employee! Slammed my drink on the counter for no reason. I was looking for my drink. The girl on the left could not find it. I told them it was a mobile order. The employee on the right shouted at me. She said “goddamn your drink is here” and slammed my drink on the counter, splashing coffee. IF YOU don’t FEEL passion for your job and respect for your customers/others, leave the job. This is not for you. This is awful. This girl gets away with being rude because this is the only option we have in the neighborhood. Not cool. By far, the worst Starbucks location I have ever visited in my life. Also, no greeting when you come in or out. Awful job with customer service."
