"DO NOT COME to this store if you value customer service!!!! Came on Saturday morning to place an order inside. I noticed a medium sized crowd hovering around the counter to order the food, but nobody was there. The management placed a decorative barrier where you “used” to order your food. There was a clerk who was helping people use the kiosk order the food, and she encouraged the people in front of me to do the same. I asked the clerk if there was anyone to take my order at the counter and she said the counter for ordering isn’t open anymore. She said I would have to order from the app or at the kiosk from now on. I immediately left. I went to another McDonalds where they still take your order at the counter. This is called customer service. By forcing a customer to use an impersonal kiosk you’re essentially saying “We’re too busy to take your order or care about your specific needs or requests”. That is a really poor experience. I will never go to that location again. And I guarantee that store will see a decline in sales. The franchisee should just hire more people, quit being so cheap!!"
"ok this is this first and last time im coming to this location of mcdonalds we got 2 fries and when we got to the window to get out food they said that they do refills of coffee but i asked, and they said no we dont do refills and they literally said it now comes here mrs bad service manager saying “no we dont have refills” and we said you guys said it on the speaker and she raised her voice “WE DONT HAVE REFILLS” and i had to pay, and i told her im a manager and your supposed to make ur customers have a great day make their day and the way she got mad and disrespectful to a customer i think she should do better and especially coming from a real helping manager thats not correct to do that either you not make her manager or tell her to be better."
"I poured out my ice tea into another cup so I can thin it out and realized that they only filled my cup 1/3 full. The rest was ice. I'm really disappointed and I'm sure this is a regular occurrence because the teas always feels like they run out quickly."
"I went into this location because the drive up was really backed up. When the cashier did come and I ordered, it took about 10 to 15 minutes to even get my happy meal. When they remodel the restaurant, it feels very impersonal and rushed."
