"They need to improve on two things! 1) Getting your cup for coffee from sip club on the kiosk order. 2) Checking for Coffee amount, lately I always have to let them know there is no coffee and have to wait."
"This Panera is always very busy. They frequently run out of coffee and it takes a long time for plates and tables to be cleaned. The check-in kiosks are not always working, and there are never pagers available. Many of the back tables are taken over by homeless men who sleep there. There are very few electrical outlets available for people who might need to use laptops."
"Especially bad service. For 2 days during rain customers overflowed the restaurant. This morning a manager walked up to my table and asked me to leave because I wasn’t a customer (I have the drink club membership.) today the Panera is empty and I was targeted at the empty Panera within a minute or 2 of walking in. She didn’t ask, she simply told me I had to leave. Unfortunately I only walked in day 3x in a row bc the Carl’s Jr employee next to this location never gave my debit card back the day before and was actually unhelpful and difficult to return my card to me across the counter as it was in the cash box. Behavior in combination, these people are thieves. There’s other reviews about management being “manipulative” unaccountable, poor, rude. Wish Panera would do something!"
"Full of older Koreans most days, family atmosphere, small gay pride flag shown on shelf. Prices are not cheap. I'm paying for the comfortable booths, "FREE" WiFi, and relatively clean restroom. The food is OK."
