"Needs to be cleaned more often. We try to regularly eat here, but staff needs to clean up more and wear hair nets. I had a hair in my pizza. The restaurant needs to be clead much more often as there is a lot of food and trash on the floor. Bathrooms smell like sewage."
"Ordered online and went to pickup my create your own pizza which I put special instruction, bbq sauce on the side. The kid who is one of the employees worked today around 4pm because he literally acted like a kid not professional at all. Maybe even a kid with manners would act better than this guy. He went on saying he put bbq sauce all over my pizza because I didn’t pay for the sauce on the side. I tried to explain to him that it doesn’t give me the option to pay for the sauce on the side, I can pay for it when I pick it up. Instead of apologizing he went on saying I have to pay for the sauce. I asked for my refund and the manager gave me only $13 when I paid $21 online. He said google charge me $8. Pieology is no longer the same when it first started. The quality of the food and professionalism of staff is no longer there. You don’t deserve a star, I had to put one to have a review."
"I love their cauliflower crust but most of all I love my own unique pizza creations. The staff are always very, very patient, friendly and helpful. Patience is important since I get a pizza with just about everything on it. No matter how many items I choose they always make it exactly as I wish and it is wonderfully delicious."
"I'm cutting a little slack for this review because it sounded like they had a lot of new hires tonight. Could have been a busy night, but when we entered, we didn't get a friendly hello. Not only that, but the speed they we're working on orders was a bit slow. After we returned home and ate our pizza's. It was nothing less than your average pizza, although I wouldn't recommend the Calzone, as much. Personal Addendum : Bring back Deep Dish for a weekend special."
"Like this place but don’t place an order online. Ordered two custom pizzas and they had missing/added several random toppings. Don’t know how you can be so far off the order. Unfortunately didn’t notice till we got home and due to allergies my pizza (what I assumed was mine) was not eatable. Tried calling and there was no answer. Didn’t order mushrooms, olives, pineapple, artichoke."
