"For it being a four star restaurant, it took very long to make my drinks. I ordered at 1:32 PM and they got my drink at 2 PM. They barely started making it because I had to remind them. They said that they didn’t get the order when really I had ordered And double checked to make sure that they were getting my order very upset because this is one of my favorite places to go I won’t go anymore because of how long they take just to make drinks."

"The food quality has declined significantly, especially for how overpriced they are. I wish they would use more care and quality when making the food. The bread I received (tunas sandwich bread and bread bowl) was all very hard and crumbled, not in a good way. Their soup has definitely been a hit or miss more often now. The French onion tastes heavily of soy sauce and was hard to eat. I think I just need to stop coming to Paneras all together. Save myself money and from disappointment."

"The consistently wonderful PB dining experience! High quality human beings preparing and serving high quality meals. All wrapped inside of, for me, one the most comfortable, inviting and useful environments for dining and researching. Perfect for students."

"Tried their soup before, was more like a cup of over salted rain water. Decided to give this place a second try today and got chicken sandwich and iced coffe (total about $18). Was waiting for my cup forever. Doesn’t it look like $13 sandwich? I don’t think so. Don’t waste your money here. All you’ll get is disappointment."
