Mimi's Cafe 25343 Crenshaw Boulevard, Torrance, CA 90505

"Arrived at 1pm on a Sunday. Got seated and our orders taken. Took an hour for food to arrive and when it did it was cold. We never received bread for the table. We never received one of the desserts. We never received one of the side salads. No idea what’s going on at this place but when it costs as much as it does, none of this should have happened. The bread eventually showed up but only after we reminded them. It was barely warm. We reminded them about the dessert we had ordered and they asked if we were ready for it. Normally if a person orders a dessert ahead of time, they want it with the rest of their meal. When it finally arrived, it was lukewarm. The bowl it was in was cold. The server had to be reminded to bring a dessert as well for the person who ordered a molten lava cake. Thankfully, that one appeared to be actually hot. I’m not sure where the fault lies but it seems like a whole systemic issue at this location."

"What in the world???? The apple dessert was damn near frozen!!! The bread was hard as a brick and the soda was flat. That's all I ordered, along with the dip.. $33.19 was a waste!!!!!! Never ever again. If this place exist during the next life, I will remember this place from my past life and not return"
