"Not fancy but solid fare. Had the herring plate which was fairly generous. Then grilled mixed sausage plate. Good beer selection. Everything priced fairly considering this is touristy destination."
"A Solvang treasure! Don't miss this restaurant because it's hidden from the main tourist traps. The popular restaurants get crowded, so come here instead. Good Danish food if you want to feel the theme of the city. A variety of Appetizers, salads, pasta, burgers, sandwiches, kids meals, entree's, sausages and Danish specials, plus desserts! Breakfast? Of course! Skip Paulas Pancakes and The Solvang Restaurant. They even have a pub if you feel like just drinks! Food is delicious and perfectly portioned. Prices are just right. The atmosphere looks like a European bar. Service is great. They're open all day. You can dine outside on their beautiful patio. This place is a gem and is definitely worth stopping by."
"I brought my Labrador service dog and they cooked her an unseasoned meal as well. If you go to Solvang, you must try this place. I haven’t been able to stop thinking about my meal since I had it months ago."
"What a disappointment! Located in such a charming little town, the food simply doesn’t justify the vibe- the quality of food is simply awful. For the price and for both quality and quantity, one would be better off trying fast food or any other restaurants nearby. Smelly salmon, stale chicken, and very bland sausages and undercooked vegetables! The food came out in less than ten minutes considering we had a big group of nine people. It looked like they just microwaved everything!! Noway they could cook 10 entrees in less than 10 minutes! No wonder the food tasted the way it did- perfectly bland and stale!! This place has so much potential. Hopefully they can turn around with some quality food and better service. Would not recommend to anyone at this point."
