Domino's Pizza

"The flat bread pizza was pretty good. Open till late at night while rest of the restaurants in the town close early. Only take out, no place for dine in. They were open on Christmas day."

"Ordered at 1030pm, didn't receive until almost two hours later. Got the wrong items and the food was cold and soggy. Last time I ordered the driver made comments about how they were upset that I'd ordered half an hour before they closed (maybe don't enable online ordering if you dont wanna make food/deliveries while you're still open? Idk), I'm sure this isn't the case but I can't help but feel the bad service this time was retaliatory or something. I never leave bad reviews but this was egregiously bad. Probably won't order from here again, literal waste of money."

"One pizza was delivered raw and the other pizza had mushrooms on it and it weren’t supposed to have mushrooms. When I called the manager, Andrea, she scoffed at me. Didn’t care at all and insinuated that I was making it up. She offered to remake the pizza but I imagined all the horrible things she’d do to it before a replacement was delivered. Terrible manager. If you don’t believe your clients, don’t work in customer service. I even offered to send photos but she declined. She did mention that the pan pizza has been known to be raw by more than once complaint and was acting like it was MY FAULT?!? She said: “You ordered the pizza with a thicker crust and more toppings” as if I was asking for a raw pizza. I will NOT order from here again as long as she is the manager."

"Worse pizza and pick up experience I’ve ever encountered. When we walked in to pick up our pizza, first thing I noticed was the young girl making the pizzas chewing with her mouth open. I’m thinking is she chewing gum with her mouth open, smacking her lips or eating something. It doesn’t matter which because I’m sure her saliva is spraying all over the pizzas she making. And now to the pizza that the cashier never opened to show us and I didn’t open until I got to the hotel, otherwise I would have refused my order. Worse pizza ever! There was barely any cheese on this pizza. Literally topping on top of just bread. Looked like the whole pizza inflated with huge air bubbles and God knows where the cheese went, if they even put any. I even know that they have to puncture the dough with a spiked rolling pin to prevent this. Which I doubt they did. Worse Pizza experience ever visiting Solvang."

"These place is super clean and super professional, domino's has a very good selection of pizzas and their ingredients are fresh, I came late night to get some pizzas, I recommend the one with pineapple, jam and jalapeños. bread and some buffalo wings and they were good, you can get them without any condiments or dressing and they give it on the side, we had a problem but the personal was very polite and gave us a very pleasant service and solution. There's a lot if food competition in this town and They keep up with good in quality of service and Good food taste."
