"I was in the store today to pick up online order and was treated really rude the Mexican lady who had glasses right now she didn't even put my stuff in bag didn't ask if i want the 50% off item she just walked away i called corporate while in store and i was so upset i had to leave the manager black lady i told her all she said was she noted it and she didn't say nothing im sorry or anything this store in the past two weeks has really treated me horribly included the manager Mexican lady tall she was mean too i don't get it this isn't right something needs to happen so i left and didnt even get my item"
"In the past the young ladies would ask can they help you, not anymore. I had to go to the checkout station and wait in line for assistance. Times sure have changed. I used to love their attentive customer service. I guess I'll stick to online ordering and not worry about it."
