"A fun afternoon at Ross. The shelves were stocked the racks were full, my friend and I hauled away loads of great buys and bargains. I can always find something there I just can't live without! And it's always priced more than fairly. I will always recommend Ross Stores, their employees are always courteous and kind and helpful."
"I went into try some clothes here, every single employee was extremely rude. Once I was done trying to close, they refused to let me leave without first, putting on all the hangers to the purchases I planned on buying, So they could be removed at Check stand I do not work here and literally took me 10 minutes extra To put everything back on the hangers, even the things that I wanted to buy. Came off racist and they continue to interject me from shopping by giving me rules of what I can’t shop and how to shop. These women were extremely rude and accusatory, as if I had stolen something, and I hadn’t even done anything but shop like a normal patron. Absolutely NOT I Refuse to purchase anything from the store everything was left in the cart and I walked out It’s like they didn’t want me to shop there!"
"Very nice and clean open area to shop very roomy the service is friendly very kind cashier's customer service is great quick fast check out didn't have variety of clothing in my side but hey that's what you get when you go to retail store but they did have my shoe size and I have a big foot so kudos to them for that but overall I do love Ross get the bang for your buck great place to shop on a budget"
