"Customer service? What is customer service is clearly beyond the concept of the three women employees working right now. With spending 15 minutes as the next person in line while all of you talk to the employee cashing out ONE item while you’re hacking about partying with a minor and hopeful of higher paychecks to come. Scenario: 2 people in front of me in line 4 people working at the customer service check out line, 2 registers open. THE ONLY one doing her job, was courteous, speedy, nice helped 3 people including myself; in the time the other 3 were still cashing out the person 2 ahead of me in line. I remember why I haven’t been here in 7 years… I do believe one of the three who was the most unprofessional, Cecily/Celeste whichever appeared to be a lead? I hope not because you are not conscious about guest experience. Also.. realize who can understand and hear when you are speaking about them."
