"Left my purse in the fitting rooms, immediately notices but went back and it was gone. Walked all around the store to find an associate and could not find a single worker. One worker was up front helping someone, kept walking around saying hello and trying to find someone in the fitting rooms, no one. It should NOT be this hard to find a worker. Thank god they had it up front but they just did not care."
"Whenever there is a sale and the cashier rings the items up, the items I usually grab does not reflect the sale. They ring up at normal price. When I mention to cashier that there are sale signs for these items, they usually look at me with a blank stare and say "Oh....." Nothing is ever done about it. They dont offer to have another worker go and confirm that it's on sale or the cashier doesn't honor the discount based on what I just said. I used to work retail so I know how to look for which clothing items are qualified. It's an organized store but the last 2 cashiers I had really didn't care or make an effort to check the sales for me. Very disappointing."
"The air conditioning was not working very well in the Vacaville location, they had to have portable fans plugged in around the store , it is over a hundred degrees why would you have your employees work in that kind of conditions let alone your customers, staff was still very friendly and apologetic"

"$5 dollars leggings.Found really great deals for leggings for the summer. Young lady at cashier register was really nice and helpful. The young lady in the dressing was very kind as well."
