"My mother and I came into the store to find a gift for a family member. One of the staff members followed us around the small store and kept staring at us with such an evil glare. My mother was born in 1954 and has lived through a lot of prejudice- she often laughs things like this off because, “it has been worse.” But she mentioned that it really made her sad to be treated with such disrespect. Shame on you WHBM staff for treating us the way you did."
"This is the first WHBM store I’ve visited that has the worst service! I didn’t get a fitting room started or help finding my size. The sale ladies were not warm at all. I’m so disappointed I spent my hard earned money on a store with such poor service."

"Love the fit and quality of White House Black Market slacks and suits. They sell petite and varied styles of slacks, dresses, jackets, sweaters, camisoles and more. Dressing rooms are carpeted and welcoming. Staff has pointed out coupons and discounts to me as well. I always get compliments wearing my White House Black Market suit jackets. Great outlet prices too. Under $20? Yes!"
