"After purchasing online, their emails directed me to self-service pick up area to pick up my purchases. One was there, but the 2nd wouldn't provide a bin number for pick up. Luckily an employee at the adjacent Amazon return line was able to look the item up and direct me clear across the store diagonally where I again had to wait in line again. As a senior with walking and standing issues this was particularly problematic. Emails should state exactly where items are awaiting pickup and directions to Amazon returns and customer service should be posted at the store's entrances."
"The quality of merchandise has gone down hill. They have little to choose from. I was told that so many people buy on line that a majority of merchandise goes for on line buys. Croft and Barrel clothes used to top of the line, now they produce far less quality."
